PAYMENT

At Moonlight Concept, you can pay for your purchased items using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit or credit cards. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch when you confirm your purchase.

SECURITY

All payment transactions on www.moonlightconcept.com are done in a secure host environment where your card details are encrypted by a secure online payment gateway.

Please remember that your payment card password is not your account on the Moonlight Concept website account password. Therefore, even if your account password is known by someone, he/she will not be able to access your card.

 

FOR READY TO WEAR ORDERS DELIVERY

After completing your order and payment is received, your order will be submitted to the customer care department within 24 hours. Additionally, our team will contact you through WhatsApp to confirm the information that you have provided. Your order will be received within 7- 15 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders.

Orders placed after 8:30 pm Doha Time on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Thursday or on a weekend will usually be processed Sunday morning.

FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

  • After completing your order and payment is received, your order will be submitted to the concerned department within 48 hours. Your order will be received within 15-24 business days for domestic and international orders.

  • Orders placed after 9:30 pm Doha Time on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Thursday or on a weekend will usually be processed Sunday morning.

  • After your order is sent to the shipping company, you will be informed by SMS and e-mail with your ‘’Shipping Code’’.

  • The delivery process differs according to the address provided and the country.
